REQUIRED ADVENTURE PAPERWORK
Safety First: To participate in any Pack 1965 activity — meetings, campouts, or events — current medical forms are required for all Scouts, attending adults, and participating siblings.
Instructions: Download the fillable PDF to the right and complete Forms A, B1, and B2 only. (Part C is not required).
THE SCOUT UNIFORM
"FIELD UNIFORM" (OPTIONAL)
Also known as “Class A Uniform.”
- Hat (optional, but recommended for sun protection)
- Official shirt: T-shirt for Lions/Kindergarten; Navy button down for Tigers/1st grade, Wolves/2nd grade, Bears/3rd grade, and Webelos 4th grade; Tan button down for Arrow Of Light/5th grade. For button down shirts, the Scout Shop will ensure you get all the right patches for our council and pack.
- Neckerchief: Each rank has its own: Yellow for Lions/Kindergarten; Orange for Tigers/1st grade; Red for Wolves/2nd grade; Blue for Bears/3rd grade; Plaid for Webelos/4th grade. Arrow of Light/5th grade does not wear a neckerchief.
- Belt/bottoms: Official web belts are encouraged, as our achievement belt loops go on them; however, so long as the bottoms are appropriate for the activity, a Scout may wear shorts, skorts, pants, or jeans.
- Shoes: Closed-toe shoes are highly encouraged at meetings.

Also known as “Class B Shirt.”
- Hat (optional, but recommended for sun protection)
- Class B T-shirt: Pack 1965 T-shirts are sold locally at pack meetings and typically cost about $15; however, any Scouting or "outside"-themed shirt will suffice!
- Bottoms: Appropriate bottoms for the activity.
- Shoes: Closed-toe shoes are highly encouraged at meetings.
