Light the Way for Pack 1965

Den Leaders

Den Leaders are the heart of the Scouting experience, guiding a specific grade level through adventures.

  • 🦁 Lion Guide (Kindergarten)The Gateway. Start the journey with our newest Scouts. (Annual Opening)

  • 🐺 Wolf Den Leader (2nd Grade)Critical Vacancy. Take the lead for our rising Wolf den this Fall.

  • 🤝 Assistant Den LeadersThe Support Crew. Every den needs a partner to share the fun. Available in all Dens.

Cubmasters

Cubmasters brings the “show” to life, opening pack meetings with energy, leading flag ceremonies, and supporting Den Leaders.

  • 🧭 Assistant CubmasterPriority Vacancy. Join the “Front-of-Room” team! This is a perfect succession role for someone who wants to learn the ropes alongside our veteran leadership.

  • 📣 Pack PresentersThe Hype Crew. Like being on stage but don’t want the paperwork? Help us lead songs, skits, and award ceremonies.

  • 🤝 Succession Partner – We are looking for a leader to shadow our current team this year to ensure a smooth “passing of the torch” in 2027.

The Committee

Our Committee is the “Board of Directors” for the pack. It manages the logistics, budget, and planning so our leaders can focus on the Scouts. Think of it as the “business” side of Scouting, providing the foundation for the “program” side.

  • 💰 TreasurerSuccession Opening. Manage the bankroll for adventure. Track dues and scholarships to ensure every Scout can participate. Mentorship begins this Fall.
  • 🎃 Pumpkin Patch ChairThe Fun-Raiser. Coordinate weekend sales shifts at the church patch. Our primary fundraiser and a great way to engage the community.
  • 🏕️ Outdoor ChairThe Adventure Architect. Scout the best campsites, coordinate gear, and create our hiking and camping schedule for the year.
  • 📣 Public RelationsThe Face of the Pack. Connect us with local parades and service projects to show the community what our Scouts can do.
  • Social Media WizardThe Storyteller. Capture the magic of our meetings and share the highlights with our families and local community.

See something that fits your talents? Grab a leader at the next meeting—we’d love to tell you more over a cup of coffee (or a roasted marshmallow).
